Skylark Yoga currently offers both in-person and online workshops through Zoom for small groups and individual students.
Personal Practice

Developing a satisfying personal practice is the heart of Yoga. Skylark offers a Personal Practice Mentoring package of 8 sessions designed to work with your unique individual interests and goals, whether they are to develop a satisfying asana practice, refine or expand your existing practice, or to utilize therapeutic applications of yoga to support health and healing. Personal practice in the Viniyoga tradition integrates movement, breathwork, and meditation as a seamless experience to enjoy both on and off the mat.
Group Classes

Small Group classes and workshops are offered that focus on particular areas of interest: posture refinements, pranayama practices, meditation paths, study of Yoga texts and philosophy.
Yoga Therapy
Skylark Yoga also offers private and small group classes to explore particular areas of interest and serve specific health concerns. Groups usually consist of 3 – 5 participants and run anywhere from 1 – 8 sessions, depending on the interests of your group. Suggested pricing for private one-on-one or small group sessions is determined by the scope of interest and the number of participants. Please get in touch and let me know what you have in mind.
iRest Meditation

Skylark offers iRest® Meditation groups sessions and also one-to-one meditation dyads. iRest® yoga nidra meditation is a secular form of an ancient yogic practice of guided, self-inquiry that research shows effectively reduced anxiety, depression, chronic pain and PTSD. iRest® is simple to learn and easy to practice. Once learned, it can become a personal tool to use for self-understanding throughout a lifetime.

ABOUT SKYLARK YOGA
Liz Huntington is an RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, and a Certified Level 2 iRest® Meditation Teacher. She received her training and certification in Yoga Instruction and Therapeutic Yoga through the American Viniyoga Institute.
To register for classes or if you have questions, email Liz at skylarkviniyoga@gmail.com or call 570 – 955 – 8927. While there is a fee schedule suggested for all classes, Yoga is for everyone. Classes, workshops, and private sessions are offered based on what each person feels they can afford to pay.
Yoga is, most importantly, a process of deepening your connection to the people you love, your joy in the world you live in, and developing a more conscious and loving relationship with yourself.
